The Monmouthshire Walking Festival supported by Kate Humble kicks off on October 21st with ten days of action for everyone. There are over 30 walks with at least one ‘serious’ walk a day in the are of Monmouthshire plus a whole host of special interest walks and events. The Festival has collaborated with local groups such as The Ramblers, Astronomical Societies, historical and conservation groups to make it a truly inclusive event There is also one challenge walk The Three Castles 19 miles in one day. Tickets will be available online from 01/09/2011 through our website www.walkinginmonmouthshire.co.uk or at Monmouthshire Tourist Information Centres.
